Within our Crescentino plant (VC), we have a packaging painting plant, divided into different units, to ensure the required finish, at all times.
For instance, we can provide spray painting services in matter or shiny colours, or with special effects, which are increasingly popular in the perfumery sector, such as shading colours, with its great aesthetic impact, thanks to its perfectly even processing, also on smaller pieces.
ISI s.r.l. ensures the pieces quality check during the entire production cycle, when painting plastic, metal or glass cylinder-shaped objects, or items for the automotive or writing sector. Pens and pencils are customized based on the requests, in the wire-drawn painting department, also with the soft-touch technique – increasingly requested, for the pleasant feel and excellent grip.
Another particularly appreciated service is the personalization of bottles and packaging with décors, drawings and logos, hot stamped on them, by transferring a thin metal (coloured, shiny or matte) foil, even onto complex shapes. In our dedicated department, we offer hot-stamping on flat supports, or on the entire round surface.
This type of hot stamping is particularly effective to customize cosmetic packaging; ISI s.r.l. screen printing and pad printing units ensure an excellent cost-price ratio, with reduced delivery times. And for those situations where printing on small surfaces is required, we have one-to-five-colour pad printing machines, to obtain great print fidelity on pens and pencils, and to decorate elements such as bottles and caps for the perfumery and cosmetics sector.
